Guictrlcreate date with MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM

Hi all

how can i make a guictrlcreatedate that give exactly the same result as this (i mean in this format)

 

i'm sorry for this stupid question i know it is just a parameter or a style but i cant fin it out
