ckelsoe
Hi All, I am copying 5 cells across from Excel to the clipboard. I want to parse that out into an array to use elsewhere in AutoIt code. From what I can find with Google searches the tab seperator is /t. However, the following code is not parsing based on using tab as the seperator. Any suggestions? Local $ClipBoardContents = StringSplit(ClipGet(),'\t') $result = MsgBox(65,"Clipboard Contents",$ClipBoardContents[1],0) The data in Excel would look like this: A1 = 1234567 A2 = Doe, Joe | 123456 A3 = 01/01/2012 A4 = No A5 = Doe, Jane | 987654 Edited August 12, 2013 by ckelsoe

BrewManNH
Or you could use @Tab. ckelsoe 1 If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
