If you are going to use the version that I posted take out the "getowner" references.  Triggers error response intermittently.  I never did track down why.  Also, you may want to adjust the sampling interval.  Watch WmiPrvSE.exe while running the script to tune it to your system.

When you mention the sampling interval, I assume you're talking about the "WITHIN 0.1" part of the query-async line.  What is 0.1? Is that 1/10th of a second?
