Monitor Off - Screensaver

Hi,

I need to prevent monitor off and screensaver activation while my script is running. After a research, i need to intercept $SC_SCREENSAVE and $SC_MONITORPOWER

This is what i have done:

So i know how intercept the SYSCOMMAND, but now i don't know how to do.

About the screensaver, I have based my example on this delphi's threads:

Did you try the code with Return False when the message is intercepted? How about MouseMove?

MouseMove might be a lot easier, here's what I use:

Thanks also to KaFu but i want to avoid the use of MouseMove, maybe i can use it for a script without a GUI.

I have a problem with my script. If my GUI lose focus ( or is simply hide to taskbar ) the $SC_MONITORPOWER+$SC_SCREENSAVE redirection not work anymore

What is the problem?

Intercept the WM_ACTIVATE message and when the application isn't activated, activate it into focus again.

I have found another example, but this time is based on Hook so it think work in every cases:

foreground window with WPARAM as SC_SCREENSAVE. To detect and notify 
other applications of this event, use the following steps: 


Install WH_GETMESSAGE Global hook.

           (HINSTANCE) hMod, 0); 


Define a user-defined registered message for example, 
"ScreenSaverStarted".

Broadcast this message to all top-level windows in the system.
