The issue with F1 and Alt+F1 was "worked-around" in this version as that was the most common one and easy to implement a Workaround/fix.

Although the MenuItems are disabled, SciTE will still fire the attached function when the shortcut is used for the other defined tools, which causes the same symptom we had with Help.

I have no time to start digging into how SciTE's JobQueue is operating and come-up with a fix for all of this without breaking something.

I hope it wasn't too complex :)

There is a version in the beta directory that has the SciTE v3.31 merged and a check was added for the tools shortcuts to avoid double execution when a ToolsMenu shortcut is used while your script is running. This means that they are now totally ignored while the script is running.

I never compress my executables with UPX, but trying this failed:

Fails in what way?

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

Ahh, I see that now. It never runs UPX.exe to compress the exe after it's created.

Duplicate post from Obfuscator thread, wasn't sure where it was better suited to live.

 

I just noticed Obfuscator has a /beta parameter to use the installed beta includes if they exist. Would it make sense to code AutoIt3Wrapper to append this /beta param to the Obfuscator command line if AutoIt3Wrapper itself is invoked to compile with the /beta param?

I read with attention this post

and start searching for #Obfuscator_Parameters - documentation

for example 

#Obfuscator_Parameters=/sf /sv /om /cs=0 /cn=0 /mo

I read documentation from here

but I think this documentation is not complete for #Obfuscator_Parameters

Have you also read the post following your linked post which states that the /MO was indeed missing and will be fixed in the next version of the helpfile? ;)

You mean that doesn't happen for you currently?

Just did a quick test and it did add it:

I'm running AutoIt3Wrapper v2.1.2.11, if it matters. But no, it doesn't. I looked through the wrapper source. It adds /beta to the obfuscator command line only where the #AutoIt3Wrapper_Version directive is set to Beta. It doesn't cover the case where the /beta param is passed to the wrapper (line 363 ish). That particular Case needs to look like this to mirror the directive's Case.

Case $T_Var = "/beta"
    $INP_AutoIt3_Version = "Beta"
    If Not StringInStr($ObfuscatorCmdLine, "/beta") Then $ObfuscatorCmdLine &= " /beta"

I can tell you used the directive in your example, as the main wrapper command line is using /prod. My case would be mostly when launching the wrapper as beta through the SciTE menu.

PS, you mix capitalization of /beta /Beta and beta Beta throughout (I'm a bit anal and it drives me nuts!!).
