AutoIt <> AutoItX. AutoItX is for the ActiveX and DLL versions of AutoIt.

Marking a text on the screen is quite difficult (as far as I can remember). What do you want to do with the marked text?

after i marked the text i will send some

SEND ({TAB 2})

SEND ({ENTER})

That doesn't sound like you want to mark the text, that sounds like you want to position the cursor at a specific point on the page.

Whenever someone says "pls" because it's shorter than "please", I say "no" because it's shorter than "yes".

Can you give us a screenshot of the page including the marked text? I don't understand what marking a text + pressing TAB twice will do.

Why not have the cursor start in the box that you want? I'm working on another post dealing with COM related issues. That post can be found here -> After I'm able to get a hand, you can then use any examples posted to help you build out your _IE UDF's.
