Running from the Internet

Before I even attempt this, Is it possible to:

• Use INetRead() on a .exe file on the internet
• Execute the data of the .exe file obtained

Basically, I'm wondering if I can use AutoIt to execute an .exe file from the internet?

But I know what it definitely is, and that is trivial to test, I mean less than a minute or two.
