The FileCopy command doesn't have the 3rd flag therefore doesn't overwrite the file, will it overwrite it every time? Also what you may want to do is modify Internet optimizer ON to backup your existing HOSTS file before copying yours over Even better (and some practice!) read the existing HOSTS file and add its content to your HOSTS file before copying it over, so if they have custom HOSTS they won't get lost in the process!!
