are you talking about the scite colors or the colors in the autoit help file? setting the scite colors has no effect on the colors used in the help file; that is in the css file for the documentation.

Vote for new style in documentation, i really like it. It's now much cleaner and readable, i have no problem with reading it. It looks like the MSDN and it makes me to feel better.

The S1, S2 etc... but you'll have to change the colours yourself.
