Memory Editing

Hey,

Basically what I'm looking to do is create a single use program that goes to a pre-defined memory address in a running process and changes it's value to "0". I know this can be done in vb, but I'm in the process of learning vb so I don't feel all that comfortable with it yet. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
