hamsgi Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Hi there I did a simple module to generate a kind of documentation for a selected au3 program. It is not perfect (meaning anyone can improve it) but I found it very helpful. It generates a list with: - variables declared and the line numbers - Functions declared and the line numbers - Functions call and the line numbers Attached you will find the source + a rpt example. smartee Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 hi hamsgi, If you don't need help with it(as it seems), you should've posted it in the example scripts section -smartee
hannes08 Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 Hi hamsgi, did you take a closer look at the "Tidy" options? If you compile a script and go to Tidy tab in the Autoit3Wrapper, you can set the /gd option which creates a documentation file. BrewManNH Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 It's missing 2 includes, namely #include <AutoItErrorHandler_UDF_NoStd.au3> and #include <myfunctions.au3> so the script won't run. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
