In these few lines

If $CmdLine[0] = 0 Then ; if no sound file parameter try the standard directory and a known file

$sound = @WindowsDir & "\Media\chimes.wav"

ElseIf

$sound = $CmdLine[1] ; otherwise use parameter

EndIf

if no parameter passed works fine

if not gives

ElseIf

ElseIf^ERROR

Try as I might I don't see it.

All the rest of the script is exactly the same as when it worked.

Can someone help point me somewhere.

[ElseIf expression-n Then]

your probably looking for Else statement not ElseIf

Usage

If $var = 1 then

ElseIf $var = 2 then

Else

Endif

There are those that believe that the perfect heist lies in the preparation.
Some say that it’s all in the timing, seizing the right opportunity. Others even say it’s the ability to leave no trace behind, be a ghost.

I am constantly amazed by me ability to not see the obvious.

You have idea how long I stared at those 5 lines.

Thank you.
