You don't need to set the StoreID when you access the folder by _OL_FolderAccess. Use

_OL_UserpropertyGet($oOutlook, Default, $aFolder[1])

to get all user properties defined for the folder.

When you query a folder you only get name and type of a user property. A user property is defined for a folder so it can be used for a view.

Everthing works as expected, but not against a linked mailbox in your outlook.

So it gets / sets only User Def. Properties in your own mailbox.

You tried to retrieve user properties from a folder - and didn't get any.

Did you try to retrieve user properties from an item (mail, task ...) of a linked mailbox?

I couldn't find any evidence that you couldn't access user defined properties of another store.

I will have to test.

I would like the user properties to work on all kind of stores.

I see no problem. The download counter goes up and up.

Can you try with another browser? Maybe the firewall or virus scanner has a problem with ZIP files?

That was the problem... everything is working great now. thanks!

I need to send the same file attachments every day to the same people, but the name of the file contains the date so each day the name is a little different… is there a way to attach a file using its partial name?

Here is an example of what I have going on…

File (a) and file ( go to different people. Everything is static except the date… any ideas?

Reading out custom fields and properties or ...

I use quite some custom build forms.

1 of the applications is to do HW & SW inventory over the LAN and store it in Exchange / Forms.

Hi patrick,

I have nothing special in mind right now.

I have a function to set the class of a folder. So if you create a new item in this folder the specified form is used.

If more functionality is needed I will check if this can be done using the COM interface.

Not sure how many people are using forms.

Espescially since to more recent version of Exchange OL forms is not so easy to configure anymore.
