Potentially unwanted application?

As part of my solution I have a few ai scripts.

the problem is that some of the users report that their anti-virus is warning them about some of the scripts.

is there a way to avoid it?

Yes. Put them to the trusted apps lists.

And complain to the AV provider to release a new definitions.

ok...that is really not a very good solution when you have thousands of users...

Yes, but what can you do - AV engines quite often detect it as potentially

dangerous software. You can as i mentioned before contact the AV provider

give them the scripts for analysis and ask them to release a new definition/update

to exclude your scripts from the detection list.

Yes , they will determine it is a false positive and release a fix.
