@programfilesdir and "Program Files(x86)"

Hi.

Is there an easy way to get the 32bit "Program Files" directory? @programfilesdir seems to always return the 64bit program files dir when used on 64bit Windows?

Something like "@ProgramFilesDir32" :x

This should Return "Program Files (x86)" if you ADD #AutoIt3Wrapper_UseX64=N to the Script. But I would suggest my post!

$RegRead = RegRead("HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion", "ProgramFilesDir")
MsgBox(4096, "Program Files are in:", $RegRead)

Hi.

Jepp, that was the suggestion, I was looking for:

$ProgramFilesDir = EnvGet('ProgramFiles(x86)') ; for 64bit Win it will return a valid path.
if not $ProgramFilesDir then $ProgramFilesDir = @ProgramFilesDir ; for 32bit Win this will "repair" the broken return from above.

MsgBox(0,"ProgramFiles32",$ProgramFilesDir)
