This is a converter for a VBScript (5.6) to AutoIt (3.1.1) converter. i hope it is useful. There are many thinks to add at the moment. To test it you need all attach files. Comments are welcome.

I did syntax correction for current AutoIt 3.2.12.1 Not tested. VAConvert.04corrected.zip

This script is almost 8 years old, the language has changed in that time. RunErrorsFatal has been removed from the options, you need to delete that line.

Without seeing the whole of your code, how is anyone supposed to help you troubleshoot? Additionally, have you looked at the help file for AutoitSetOption, to see which parameters are valid?

its not my code i just downloaded the attachment on first post and when i compiled it with autoit it gave me that error

AutoItSetOption() called with illegal argument 1: "RunErrorsFatal

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

better off keeping it in VBA as a macro then calling the macro with autoit.. i automate excel on a regular, just code in vba then use autoit as the 'glue' and for more complicated functions.
