Can't GUICtrlSetDefBkColor/GUICtrlSetBkColor and GUICtrlSetStyle be used at the same time?

More specifically, using GUICtrlSetDefBkColor/GUICtrlSetBkColor stops AutoIt from having a gray holding affect on buttons (making them gray while you hold them).
