Game doesn't explicitly forbid this one.

In my country, multiplayer is acceptable.

Rule number 4 from their ToS:

Absolutely not use any programs, tools or any way to interfere with or alter the game play normal results (hack, cheat, bot ...) All violations when discovered will be handled.

Rule 5 from their Code of Conduct:

Do not use abilities false religion (hack, cheat, bot.)

Translation from google is rough but its pretty straightforward.
