laurin1 Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Since I upgraded my machines to Windows 7 64 Bit, about 50% of the time when I compile a script, I get Aut2Exe Error Error changing icon: Unable to read the icon or icon was of the wrong format. I can compile a second time, without changing any setings, just hitting F7 again, and it works. Sometimes, I have to compile several times, before it will work. Sometimes it works fine the first time. What is causing this? It's driving me crazy? Keith Davis MCSA, ZCE, A+, N+ http://www.laurinkeithdavis.com
AdmiralAlkex Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I have a similar (if not the same) issue, namely that UPX fails sometimes, but works if I compile again. I would guess it's some sort of permission thing. Win7 x64 with UAC activated. .Some of my scripts: ShiftER, Codec-Control, Resolution switcher for HTC ShiftSome of my UDFs: SDL UDF, SetDefaultDllDirectories, Converting GDI+ Bitmap/Image to SDL Surface

If complile to a local directory, I never have that problem. BTW, we do not UAC DIS-abled. Keith Davis MCSA, ZCE, A+, N+ http://www.laurinkeithdavis.com
