search for a word in HTML page

Hi all,

I have a small doubt... Do we have any function in autoit that will search for a word in any web page and if it founds it, it should click it. Can it be done in autoit?? Please help... I am not asking for searching a word in google using autoit script... but after opening any web page I need to click on a word(which contains web link). Do we have any functions or macros or anything that can fulfill my requirement???
