Is it possible, for a script in autoit, to open files at a sertain time. Example, when it becomes 1:38 P.M. it turns on? I searched for it in the help file, and have been searching the forums for an hour. Someone please help, if you can.

I don't know about at a sertain time but it can be done at a "certain" time

If @Hour = 13 AND @Min = 38 Then
;; Open the file in here
EndIf

If you want the script to just idle around waiting for the time then try

Do
    Sleep(1000)
Until @Hour = 13 AND @Min = 38
;; Open the file in here
