Is there any portable version of autoit is availbale as I am facing a great problem in installing & get use of autoit. any help in this regard will be apprecieted

There is a SFX archive available. You only have to extract it and you can use AutoIt. You don't get the start menu, and such, obviously.

I use this one. I like portable software :)

Look for the Portable Autoit3 thread in Example Scripts, it's all I use at work because I don't want to install it on my work computer. I run it from a thumb drive with no problem.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
