Small Help

Just some small help.

How would I make it so Autoit first clicks on _X, _Y then waits 5 seconds then clicks on _X, _Y wait 1 second click on _X, _Y wait 30 seconds then refresh (F5)the browser then wait 30 seconds and repeat from start.

I know nothing about Autoit so I would appreciate some help please.

MouseClick,Sleep,Send

Oh how could I make it so it only repeats 15 times then starts all over again in 1 hour from when it started...not finished.
