If I understand your question correctly then the answer is no. AutoIt is an interpreted language that is written in C++.

so you want to take interpretted C++ code and convert it to C++. Sure you can, just learn C++ and re-create all the AutoIt functions then re-write your code in C++, Voila!! Working (maybe).
