Color Variations for PixelGetColor

I need help with color variations

I’m taking pixel color

$color1=PixelGetColor(24,113)

if $color1=13015667 then
bla bla bla

but what if color1 slightly different nexttime?

Like when you do pixel search you can specify color variation(shades), is it possible so say "if $color1= in 2 chades from 13015667 then ..."?
