I am trying to configure the serial port. Do not do it. Someone tell me how to configure the port to send data by rs232.

I work in Windows7/64bit´s and I need to send data to the serial port. I think a good option is to use the library InpOutx64, but not how. Anyone know how? Does anyone know of any example? Thank you and please excuse my bad English.
