I want to find a program that displays text to learn vocabulary in the corner of the screen. The displayed word library will be taken from the excel file. Looking forward to help. Thanks!

I have created a program that alarms at a fixed time. However there was an error. Sometimes active, sometimes inactive. Sometimes at the same time the bell rings twice. Please help me edit the code. Thank you. RingAlarm.au3
