SQLite is now distributed with AutoIt, so I don't see what the problem is. Create a new topic in future and don't hijack.

@Trong: would you mind restating (in your first post) what the problem is that you've solved? _WinAPI_ChangeWindowMessageFilterEx appears to be very useful ... but are you working only with AU3 scripts? ... or have you tried it with other applications? If so, what is your method for doing that? Thanks for opening this topic.

I'd make it do as little as possible to produce the desired results and leave the edge cases to the person writing their script to overcome the limitations. There seems to be a function inflation in regards to every UDF these days that just shouldn't be done. They're used as a library function, they shouldn't be customized to every user's whim. Get them, the included UDFs, doing the basics, and leave the inflation to the user's to devise their own functions.

Just made the change in that way to prove my point and leave it to the others to come up with the best way to code this. (As is clearly demonstrate in the subsequent posts ) I mostly find pleasure in solving the "mystery". Jos

Because the site was receiving thousands of downloads a day due to selfish developers not storing SQLite with their application. Please refrain from messing with the UDF if you're absolutely sure you know what you're doing.

@colembeen .. I would not worry about not getting feedback. There is too much "if likes < n then failure = 1" culture around. I am quite sure that there are many who used all / parts of your script, and did not find time / need / whatever to write a thank you. I guess I could find a good use of you script at some point, so from here also a wave of the flag, hurray and THANK YOU. But don't give up. Remember there are LOTS of scripts being posted here every day. Getting lots of feedback is like getting 1 million YT views. Does not mean what you did is bad though.

Take a look at Automating Windows Explorer. Especially examples in post 7. I think you can use example 2.
