I don't know whether there are some GDI+ tutorials available - probably yes. Everything I learned regarding GDI+ I learned from this and autoit.de forum! I isolated each continent using a basic image editor and saved each image To get the coordinates of each continent which is needed for the check if the pin is hitting the searched continent I used Perforator which generates the coordinates of the images saved in 1. GDI+ can check easily whether a coordinate is within a path -> _GDIPlus_PathIsVisiblePoint. I converted each coordinates from each continent which were created in 2. into GDI+ valid coordinates and created pathes with those coordinates Now when the pin is moved I check the coordinate of the pin with each of the continent coodinates using _GDIPlus_PathIsVisiblePoint The world map is embedded as a binary string (base64 converted) into the code.
