JustinReno Posted January 6, 2008 Share Posted January 6, 2008 If you mean how do you use it this is how it works: The top row is the hour The bottom row is the minute To read the hour you must add the lit values (The picture shows 9) To read the minutes you must add the lit values (The picture shows 7) So, the time is: 09:07.
