I think the problem lies elsewhere because I just ran your script using 3.3.8.0 and it worked fine. This is on Windows Vista, x86.

Confirming failure on WinXP (both x86 and x64)

_GUICtrlReBar_Create() and _GUICtrlToolBar_Create() returns success.

Don't have time for more tests now.

Did you already try the UDFs from 3.3.6.1 with the exe in version 3.3.8.0?

The problem is the rcChevronLocation and uChevronState members of the tagREBARBANDINFO structure in StructureConstants.au3 which are only valid for Vista and higher.

If you are using 3.3.8.0 on XP then an easy solution is to uncomment the $tagREBARBANDINFO structure declaration in StructureConstants.au3 and insert the 3.3.6.1 version of this structure.

The 3.3.6.1 version of the $tagREBARBANDINFO structure declaration in StructureConstants.au3:

I think you could also alter the cbSize member based on platform to remove the size of the tagRECT structure and the uChevronState member.

Certainly there's more elagant fixes around.. but I used this code instead to have WinXP and Win7+ support.
