Winpe + Image (Read only)

Hi,

I'm trying to get my winpe launcher to have a nice background image, and in windows xp it works fine, but on my winpe placed on a read only media, it will not show the image.

Are AutoIT placing images at some temp location before displaying them ?

Any idea on how to do it / is it even possible ?

yes if you dont have the temp folder set up as an environment variable on a writable media it wont work.

In my case I use a temp folder on a ram drive or on the local system.

So basicly all I need to do is, set up a ramdrive in winpe and point the global enviroment temp variable to it..
