Flexipoint Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 (edited) You know the problem. When re-installing your Laptop/Desktop/Server you always need to go on the internet to find the latest drivers of your hardware ... Because it's really annoying and because it would be a lot easier, I want to create an AutoUpdater script for Automatic Driver Updating. I know, there are allready some apps that do so, but they are not free So tell me, who wants to help ? Edited November 22, 2005 by Flexipoint Tiëstosteroned :)Up2Date

MHz Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Here is an option.DriverPacks can be downloaded from here, that can be add to an UnAttended Windows source. A member called Proph/Siginet has an AutoIt program called PowerPacker that can integrate these driver packs.
Flexipoint Posted November 22, 2005 Author Posted November 22, 2005 Thanks MHZ for your reply. It's true that those packages help a lot allready, but what I really want is a GUI thingie that loads up the database of your hardware and sees on the internet if updates for your drivers are available. But still, thanks for the tip Tiëstosteroned :)Up2Date
