About This File

Params Tool is a tool to call exe's with a parameter you write in the input box.

It will execute the written commands just like cmd prompt window.

If the input field is empty, the default cmd is "/?"

To start this tool:

Double click it, it will write to registry.

From there on it's just a question of shift+right click the exe you want to apply parameters to.

To remove from registry:

call the tool with the parameter /RemoveReg

Isn't it inside the folder the app creates?

@careca Ah, sorry, I didn't actually download the script. I was just looking for the source

So a quick little note.  From when I last used the script, all it does is it calls the exe in a command prompt with the "/?" argument, which, for native windows executables isjust fine.  Then you have tools like curl and wget, whose help content is not displayed with the "/?" argument, so using your tool to display that help content, or any help content for any executable which does not use the "/?" argument, this tool is useless.

It calls /? by default when the input is empty, and calls with a parameter, if you write the parameter in the input. Gonna update the description.

Depends on the exe, some do support it.
