1. Do NOT replace parts if unit has physical damage and contact TS. 2. Contact TS if new parts make no change with back cover open or if problem cannot be duplicated. 3. Contact TS if no parts replacement is necessary (source/network issues)
- If it is an unsuccessful repair, please call us at Some Number for support and record the original part number of the PCB inside the TV.
- Please use the preprint return Way Bill to return all parts and close the work order ASAP for payment.
